Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds Bring Mutiny For The Masses to Rupp Arena on October 30, 2026
Lexington, KY ( April 1, 2026) - Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds have announced their return to the stage for a 2026 tour spanning 29 dates across North America. Performing music from their new album, Mutiny After Midnight, the eagerly awaited Mutiny For The Masses Tour includes a stop at Lexington, Kentucky's Rupp Arena on Halloween weekend, October 30.
General on-sale for Mutiny For The Masses begins at 10 am on Friday, April 10, with presales starting at 10 am on Wednesday, April 8. Tickets will be available for purchase at ticketmaster.com, RuppArena.com, or in person at the Central Bank Center Box Office from 12-4 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays. The artist wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To help achieve this, the tour will be using Ticketmaster Face Value Exchange. If needed, you can resell your ticket to other fans at the original price paid. To help protect this, Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds have also chosen to make tickets for this tour Mobile ID only and restricted from transfer (except in states where not applicable by law).
The last time Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds hit the road, they delivered an “intensely physical marathon performance that created a can't-miss musical happening” (GQ), and the question was asked: are they “the greatest live act in music right now?” With longer sets and greasier grooves, Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds will once again answer. No opening acts, just the band rocking as hard and relentlessly as possible for every minute possible.
Mutiny After Midnight is out now on vinyl, CD and cassette via High Top Mountain/Atlantic Outpost. As of today, it is also available as a digital download – exclusively on iTunes in a “full album for purchase only” format – with an expanded tracklist featuring Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds' take on Eddie Murphy's “Party All The Time.”
Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds' renditions of Procol Harum's “A Whiter Shade of Pale” and William Bell's “You Don't Miss Your Water” will be released as a 7” picture disc on April 18, exclusively for Record Store Day 2026.
