CBC Supper Club: An Evening with Castle And Key – The debut of the CBC Supper Club, a new, recurring dining series at the Central Bank Center designed for culinary enthusiasts. Each installment features immersive themes, curated menus, and spirit-driven collaborations. The inaugural event on May 19 features a partnership with the renowned Castle & Key Distillery, offering a multi-course curated menu paired with handcrafted gin, vodka, and bourbon cocktails.

Led by Senior Executive Chef Chris Ross, the evening features a five-course journey designed to highlight the flavor profiles of Castle & Key’s distinctive portfolio. From a Bourbon Lobster Bisque to Smoked Beef Tenderloin, each dish is paired with a specific pour to tell a cohesive culinary story.

- Second Course: Bourbon Lobster Bisque with Country Ham Rouille and Brioche Crouton
