Creative Guidelines

WEBSITE EVENT GRAPHICS

Website event graphics are used on the home page, individual event pages, and event listings. 

HOME IMAGE & THUMBNAIL

  • Home: 1440px by 670px: Thumb: 580px by 360px
  • File size less than 250 kb

SOCIAL POST IMAGES (GENERIC AND BOOSTED/PROMOTED)

These specs are used for generic and boosted/promoted social posts.  Suggested copy can also be provided. 

Social Post Images

  • Sizes — 1080px by 1080px; 1080px by 1920px
  • Features event date/time and ticket information
    • An editable PSD is preferable.  If sending flat images, please provide two versions: one with on sale date/time and another generic version that can be used after the on sale (e.g., Tickets on sale now at RuppArena.com!")
  • Boosted/Promoted posts must contain less than 20% text per Facebook and Instagram rules. Visit www.facebook.com/ads/tools/text_overlay to test your image.

POSTERS AND FLYERS

Posters and flyers can be printed locally and billed at settlement – please send artwork meeting the specs listed below.  All files must be saved in CMYK format unless otherwise noted.  

Posters and Flyers

  • Poster dimensions: 11" by 17" (1/8" bleed)
  • Flyer dimensions: 4" by 6" (1/8" bleed)
  • Contains show info, date, venue, ticket information, promoter logos, etc. 

Digital Displays

Concourse Screens

These are the television screens throughout the arena concourse that display event advertisements. These screens can support still graphic images (.png, .jpeg, etc.) or videos at 1920px by 1080px.

Centerhung Screens

  • Video Window: 1,152px by 672px 

  • Wedge: 288px by 672px

  • Top Ring: 5,856px by 192px

  • Bottom Ring: 5,088px by 144px

ARENA RIBBON BOARDS

These are the ribbon boards used during events inside the arena. These typically contain show artwork and event dates. Preferably have two versions of each: one graphic to be used for the on sale containing the on sale date/time and a generic graphic when tickets are already available (e.g., “Tickets available now!").

  • Concert Ribbon Board: 7936px by 56px
    ⟶ With physical breaks at pixels 1312 and 6624 it is recommended that no content is placed within 5 pixels of the break on either side. (Example)
     
  • North & South Ribbon Boards: 5312px by 56px
     
  • West Ribbon Board: 3328px by 56px
     
  • East-1 Ribbon Board: 1312px by 56px
     
  • East-2 Ribbon Board: 704px by 32px
     
  • Tunnel Boards: 384px by 72px 
     
  • Corner Boards: 1152px by 138px
     
  • West Table Display: 2,016px by 96px
     
  • East Table Display: 672px by 96px; Bookends are each 336x96
