The Parking Booth Attendant I will responsibility for providing daily parking lot support and operation of the Lexington Center parking lots. Additional duties will include lot maintenance, general security of the parking lots, and providing directions and information regarding the lot and/or event to patrons/guests.

Will have the primary responsibility for the routine cleaning/maintenance of the various floor/wall surfaces and windows located throughout the complex.

Will have the primary responsibility for set, service and strike of all events which require trade show set ups, special curtaining requirements, temporary carpet installation, etc. both on site in the arena and convention center as well as possible offsite regional locations.

Will have primary responsibility for assisting the Event Support Manager in the daily management of an individual crew supervising the Facility Service Crew Members I – IV. Guest Services Representative

Employee are assigned to the Security Safety Risk Management Department and reports to part-time Supervisors who reports to the SSRM Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Primary responsibilities will be to welcome guests to the event, review and validate tickets upon entry, direct/escort guests to their seats in an efficient and professional manner and answer questions as requested.

This position will have the primary responsibility of maintaining security access and control to all areas of the Central Bank Center Complex. This will include making routine rounds throughout the entire complex, providing customer service to clients/patrons as they arrive on the complex and assisting with all incidents as they may arise.
