Box Office Representative

The Box Office Representative is required to work weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends, and holidays, as required in a busy and dynamic working environment.  Position must learn, understand and operate the computerized ticketing systems(TM Host and Archtics); know and understand the complete layout of each event and its seating chart; deal knowledgeably and pleasantly with the public on the telephone and in person; account for all tickets sold and monies received from ticket sales at the end of each shift.

Changeover/Conversion Crew

This position shall perform a multitude of physical tasks to maintain, changeover, and clean the facility. The work requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs. on a regular basis. This position will work different schedules based upon event activity. The position reports to the Crew Supervisor and the Operations Manager.

Electrical/Mechanical Repair Technician

Will have primary responsibility for providing skilled electrical and mechanical maintenance support to the Lexington Center building complex, Opera House and performing basic to complex electrical installations and wiring for events and trade shows. Light to moderate plumbing, general building repair and maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair on machinery.

Event Support Manager

The Event Support Manager will have primary responsibility for overall management, operation and supervision of the Event Support Department. Specific responsibilities will include training and supervising the Event Support custodial staff in the daily maintenance and upkeep on over 200,000 square feet of floor space and the event set-up/strike crews for all events in this same area. Will work closely with the sales, event management and exposition services department staff to assist in coordinating and planning of event set, service and strike of all related activities in a timely manner in Rupp Arena and the Central Bank Convention Center.

Grounds Crew

Will have primary responsibility for assisting the Supervisor Grounds and Utilities in maintaining the grounds of the LCC complex, parking lots, providing grounds upkeep and snow removal from the adjacent sidewalks and park lots.  Will also perform minor electrical/mechanical repair and assist with general upkeep and maintenance of the building.

Primary responsibilities will be to welcome guests to the event, review and validate tickets upon entry, direct/escort guests to their seats in an efficient and professional manner and answer questions as requested.

Will have primary responsibility for providing daily HVAC support to the Engineering Department that involves the daily operation and maintenance of the chilled water systems, hot water and associated systems for the Opera House and Lexington Center complex.

Security Officer – Full Time

This position will have the primary responsibility of maintaining security access and control to all areas of the Central Bank Center Complex. Stage Security Officer

Employee are assigned to the Security Safety Risk Management Department and reports to part-time Supervisors who reports to the SSRM Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager of the department via the sections chain of command supervises all personnel. Officer will perform duties assigned as related to the event in regards to the overall security, safety of the employees, guests and clients.

Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator (“TC”) will have the responsibility for ensuring the Technical Theatre needs of our clients within the Opera House, Rupp Arena, and the Convention Center. TC’s are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of clients in regard to technical needs, as well as ensuring all technical requirements are safe for staff and patrons. TC will have sole overall responsibility for successful implementation of the client’s Theatrical Technical needs. When required the TC shall also oversee and/or assist in the set-up, successful operation, and maintenance of all types of theatrical systems including lighting, sound, rigging, audio/video, systems etc. utilized during public and private ticketed events held in the Opera House, Arena, and Convention Center.

Ticket Office Manager

The Ticket Office Manager is responsible for managing the ticket operations staff, parking cashiers and assisting the Director of Ticket Operations with all aspects of ticketed public events at Central Bank Center and its various venues.
