Central Bank Center, Rupp Arena and Lexington Opera House appreciate the leadership of our public officials to ensure the health and well-being of our community and the guidance we have received from the CDC. We are working with promoters and clients to reschedule performances when possible. We ask for patience as this process may take some time.
Ticket holders will be notified directly by email regarding the status of each performance as details become known and we will make every effort to share information on our official Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels as well. The most up-to-date status for each event is available at centralbankcenter.com
For events that are postponed:
Ticket holders will receive new event details by email as soon as we have them.
It is our intention to reschedule as many of the affected performances as possible; we ask for your understanding as it will take some time to work with all scheduled performers and event promoters.
For events that cannot be rescheduled:
If an event is cancelled and the customer purchased online through Ticketmaster then the card that was used will be given a credit automatically. Due to the significant number of cancelled events Ticketmaster is working through, fan repayment could take up to 30 days from event cancellation.
The Ticket Office is currently closed until further notice. To receive information on how to obtain your refund, email [email protected].com with details about your purchase. Alternatively, you may fill out the form below to do a refund request for cancelled or rescheduled arena events. Events that are still postponed without a new date are not yet eligible for refunds.

THE SHOPS AT CENTRAL BANK CENTER
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Lexington, Kentucky we are closing The Shops at Central Bank Center beginning Sunday, March 22 at 5 pm. The Shops will remain closed until further notice. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we hope that everyone understands that this is based on the best interest of your health!
